Available to view online are certain programs from PBS. Nova is one of my favorite programs. Even as a kid I enjoyed this stuff immensely. It's just a suggestion, but perhaps you might be entertained (and possibly informed) by this stuff. Everything from 4 winged dinosaurs to Astro-spies and that's just from Feb '08.
